1.0) Payments and Refunds

xbOnlineKvs does not offer refunds for any payment type, except in certain circumstances that a gateway administrator finds acceptable. The administrator will allow a replacement when deemed necessary. In cases of needed replacement, the administrator must be notiified within reasonable time (Administrator’s Discretion) via ticket or Discord.

1.1) Not receiving emails

We do our best to deliver all emails at a high success rate. If you did not receive the email, you can check your junk email. Do not panic if this occurs, simply contact us and we can sort the issue very quickly and efficiently

1.2) Can’t Use the Product?

Here at xbOnlineKvs we strive to provide the best customer support that we possibly can. If you are having any issues with any of our products please contact us via ticket , Discord, or consult with the installation guide (if provided) in product description.

After purchase of any product on this site, the buyer accepts the liability for any actions and or conditions of the product and cannot place any liability claims of issues on the administrator. As stated above, please follow Section 1.0), and if there are any issues, the administrator must be notified within a reasonable amount of time via ticket or Discord.
